KIMEKAI LEADERSHIP TEAM PROGRAMME
The Kimekai Leadership Team Programme has been designed for students who are interested in leadership in martial arts. The program helps develop and strengthen leadership skills through participation in learning experiences and practical training in the Kimekai community. Each team member receives training in specific leadership responsibilities and feedback to help improve their leadership skills. Students will be invited to join the programme based on their skills, attitude and overall ability to be positive role models to other students. Successful Team members will assist instructors during training sessions and in some cases provide guidance and technical assistance to other students.
For full details of the programme please speak to staff at any of our locations.
