SUSPEND MEMBERSHIP
Members are able to suspend their membership at any time when they provide 14 days notice. A suspension fee will apply to cover admin costs, the fee is currently $5.50 per fortnight and will be charged at the commencement of the suspension period. One of the Kimekai team will email you to confirm the dates of suspension once you have submitted the form.
CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
If you wish to cancel your membership you must provide 14 days notice. One of the Kimekai team will email you to confirm the date of cancellation once you have submitted the form, and will also cancel your payment commitment. Feel free to keep using your membership up until the cancellation date.
