At Kimekai, we offer family-friendly Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes designed to help students of all ages and abilities build skills, confidence, and fitness in a fun and supportive environment. Our program incorporates techniques from Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Grappling, creating a well-rounded approach that strengthens the body and sharpens the mind. Through exciting drills and guided instruction, students will learn effective striking and blocking combinations, as well as both stand-up and ground techniques to develop well-rounded self-defense skills.
Classes include exercises with striking pads, allowing participants to practice techniques and develop strength, speed, and agility. Partner work is also incorporated for those ready to take their skills to the next level, fostering teamwork, respect, and controlled practice in a safe setting.
The Kimekai MMA program is crafted to challenge and inspire each student, drawing from the training techniques of elite MMA athletes.
