Our Thunderbolts program is aimed for children between 4 and 7 years old. The program is specifically designed to develop children’s confidence, motor skills and social skills. Each class goes for 30 minutes and during each class your child will complete several drills specifically designed to develop core skills and progress to their next challenge. Guided by the Thunderbolt Training Booklet, students will be encouraged to prepare and advance at their own pace.
